Schedule B - OMH Everyday minding services

1. Service scope

We will provide the minding services described in your monthly booking confirmation or agreed routine. This may include daycare, home visits, feeding, walking, enrichment, medication administration if agreed, and updates to you during the booking period.

2. Monthly booking cycle

At the end of each month, we may send you a payment request or invoice for the next month’s scheduled minding sessions. That invoice will be based on confirmed availability and the agreed care arrangement for that period. If you want to change, pause, or cancel the next month’s sessions, you must tell us before paying the invoice, unless we agree otherwise.

3. Acceptance and booking confirmation

Payment must be made before the booked period begins, unless we agree otherwise in writing. If payment is not received by the due date, we are not required to hold the booking open.

4. Client information and suitability

You must keep your dog’s information current, including health, vaccination, behaviour, medication, and emergency contact details. We may refuse or end services if your dog is unwell, unsafe, contagious, or unsuitable for the service arrangement.

5. Fees and additional charges

The monthly fee covers only the sessions, times, and inclusions listed in the invoice or booking reminder. Additional charges may apply for extended care, emergency transport, extra time, or third-party costs. Any such extra charges will be charged to you and must be paid within the timeframe stated in the original booking or on the invoice.

6. Cancellations and changes

If you need to cancel or change an individual session or a month’s booking, you must notify us as early as possible. We may apply a cancellation fee, retain any deposit, or charge for sessions already reserved, depending on the timing of the cancellation and the circumstances.

If we need to cancel or reschedule a booking due to illness, safety concerns, extreme weather, vehicle issues, family emergency, venue restrictions, or any other unexpected circumstance, we will notify you as soon as reasonably possible. Where appropriate, we will either offer an alternative time, offer a replacement service, or place any amount paid for the affected service that has not yet been delivered.

Wet weather and extreme conditions
In wet weather or other conditions that may affect safety or welfare, we reserve the right to change the timing of a session within 60 minutes before the scheduled start time. This may include bringing the session forward or pushing it back to avoid a cancellation where reasonably possible. If weather or conditions mean the session cannot safely proceed, we may cancel the session and place the amount paid into credit for your next month’s bookings, unless a refund is required under the Australian Consumer Law.

7. Emergency care

If your dog becomes ill or injured during care, you authorise us to seek veterinary treatment if required. You are responsible for all vet and related costs unless the issue is caused by our proven negligence.

8. End of recurring arrangement

Either party may end the recurring arrangement by giving reasonable notice before the next monthly invoice is paid. If no payment is made by the due date, we may treat the booking as not confirmed for that period.
